Welcome to the Wuerselen 'Scottish Evening' Short Web Information

Time flies, and so we find ourselfes in a hurry preparing the next 'Wuerselen Scottish Evening' which will take place in the well known former Wuerselen Station near Aachen (Germany). Join us and enjoy Scottish traditional music with guitar and song as well as bagpiges and have a Scottish beer or a "homebrewn" beer from a local private brewery - or participate in the Whisky-tasting presented by the Scotch Single Malt Circle [INFO] and Cadenhead´s Whisky Market Koeln [INFO].
And for the first time in the Euregio, "Naturimpresionen" (photographies by Manuela Arz, www.arz-dimensions.de) will be on display.

 

Date: 24th of November 2007 (Saturday) beginning at 7pm -- entry fee: 5,-- Euros
Place: Jugendtreff Alter Bahnhof Würselen, Bahnhofstrasse 165, 52146 Wuerselen (near Aachen)

Musical guests for the evening are:

	Norma Munro (guitar & song) presents her new CD (working title 'The Rose') [INFO: Norma's website]
	Paul Hathaway sings Scottish Drinking Songs - first time ever on the continent!
	Harald Hensgen & Harald Nuessgens play the bagpipes
	Ordinary Men present straight folk - Due to sudden sickness, Ordinary Men unfortunately can´t play on Saturday. Everything else will take place as planned.
